After setting Berlin on fire with her noodles, Ash Lee — founder-chef of ChungKing Noodles and her new project OFF MENU — is back in Paris, ready to stir things up for one blazing weekend at Haikara Izakaya.

What’s on the table? A menu inspired by Chinese cuisine with a cheeky French twist, signature dishes, and yes… a few noodles, because hey — old habits die hard.
