A new chapter is quietly taking shape.

We will soon open our third space, designed as a place for listening, coffee, and encounters.

THE OPENING OF OUR KISSA CAFÉ

Next Wednesday, Haikara will open its third location in the 11th arrondissement, in the heart of Oberkampf, between our first two restaurants.

Designed as an extension of our world, this new space will come to life at a different moment of the day: slow mornings, afternoon breaks, and conversations that stretch a little longer.

Here, we revisit the spirit of Japanese kissaten, born in Japan in the 20th century, where coffee is as much about sound as it is about taste, often accompanied by carefully designed sound systems and thoughtfully curated music selections.

We’ll be serving specialty coffee by Fève, along with sandos and other treats, as part of a cultural program focused on sound, presence, and sharing.

For this space, we worked with Hark on a sound system designed as a true experience, continuing the kissa spirit that has inspired us for a long time.

We’d also like to thank Lucie from Grindin for supporting us in launching this new project.

A more intimate place, sometimes softer, but always driven by the same desire to bring people together.
