HOST SERIES - ZOUMANA MEITÉ AT HAIKARA DEEP FRIED
On February 15, chef Zoumana Meité will take over the kitchen at Haikara Deep Fried for an extraordinary dinner.
For this special evening, he presents an 8-course tasting menu, crafted in dialogue with the restaurant’s Japanese universe.
A unique encounter between his culinary approach — shaped by his Ivorian roots and international training — and the spirit of our cuisine.
Optional food & drink pairings are available to enhance the experience and elevate each dish.
Seats are limited, so reservations are strongly recommended.
