UNTIL DECEMBER 6 - HENNESSY VERY SPECIAL TOUR
As part of the Very Special Tour, Hennessy has chosen Paris as its final stop, taking over Journey restaurant and transforming it into a temporary culinary residency.
Until December 6, discover exclusively the menu crafted by Chef Sho Miyashita, a unique creation in which every dish pays tribute to cognac through subtle, bold pairings.
It’s the perfect opportunity to dive into Sho’s singular universe and savor his personal take on the Hennessy cognac brand.
You’ll also find Robin Le Texier’s signature cocktails, designed to complement your dishes with finesse and creativity.

SUNDAY DECEMBER 7 - HAIKARA AT HÔTEL AMOUR
Haikara is coming to Hôtel Amour for a special one-day event, joined by Emmanuel Peña, also known as Maniu, chef of Tarántula.
Between browsing the Christmas market stalls — makers, unique finds, and last-minute gift ideas — Sho and Maniu have crafted a pop-up menu designed to warm you right up.
So if you haven’t checked off your entire Christmas list yet and your appetite is calling, come by on the first Sunday of December.

Haikara Izakaya and Haikara Deep Fried will be closed from December 19, 2025, to January 3, 2026.
We’ll be taking this time to slow down, rest, and spend quality moments with our loved ones, before coming back full of energy in the first week of January.
